All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum limits apply per payment method. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and standard processing times.
All bonuses and promotions at 9kup are subject to wagering requirements and game contribution rates. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
9kup reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or where regulatory obligations require it — with or without prior notice.

9kup reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity (KYC documents) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. 9kup cooperates fully with international gaming authority licensing requirements on age verification.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account with 9kup. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus Funds therein.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will notify 9kup promptly of any changes to your registered information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and funds deposited or withdrawn — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly notified 9kup of unauthorised access. 9kup shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
9kup reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, where it reasonably believes that eligibility criteria are not met or that the Account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
All transactions on the 9kup Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 9kup does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Supported payment methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are processed immediately or near-immediately depending on the selected payment method. 9kup does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

9kup reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above specified thresholds or where unusual activity is detected. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during such reviews. Players will be notified and the review will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may, at 9kup's discretion, be returned to the original payment method if a withdrawal request is submitted within a very short period of deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
9kup offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.
Where a conflict exists between the terms of a specific promotion and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, collusion, or the systematic exploitation of promotional offers — will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and may result in permanent account termination.
All bets placed on the 9kup Platform are final once confirmed. 9kup does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where a technical error caused by 9kup's systems has demonstrably affected the bet outcome.

In the event of a system malfunction affecting a live casino game in progress, 9kup reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to players. Winnings paid as a result of a system error will be reclaimed.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and, where appropriate, permanent termination with forfeiture of all Funds. 9kup reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.
All content on the 9kup Platform — including but not limited to the 9kup brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9kup or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the 9kup Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 9kup.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
9kup does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 9kup will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
9kup's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 9kup Account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of the 9kup Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request the withdrawal of any remaining Funds from your Account.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority licensing standards and the laws applicable to 9kup's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and 9kup, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 9kup customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process provided by the applicable licensing authority.
9kup aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 72 hours and to provide a final determination within 28 days of receiving all relevant information from both parties.
